66 is a midweek sermon series that is taught by about 16 different
speakers and aims to go through the entire Bible in one year. They are
not verse by verse studies as is the norm with Calvary but are
thematic overviews of each book.
Part
of leadership development at Calvary involves challenging the men of
the church to dig deeper into the Word of God. Most of the speakers
are new to organizing a text into a theme, let alone the experience of
standing in front of a church congregation and speaking! We believe
this is a great process to train up future leaders whether they are
gifted in teaching the Bible or not, we are all exhorted to handle the
Word of God correctly.
