Podcasting is a new way to receive audio files from the internet to either your computer of mp3 device. The way it works is simple:

• Download some podcasting software such as itunes or ipodder

• itunes: advanced. Subscribe to podcast. Then type in this address:

• juice: click the green "add new feed" button. In the feed address line type: http://www.calvarychapelsouthampton.co.uk/pod1.xml

It will automatically check for new files and download them to your computer

The good thing about it is that it will only download the latest file - so there is no searching for files
